Isn't it funny ?
You try and deal with Islamic jihad, car bombs , China's slow takeover of the world, global warming ,the destruction of worker's rights, and then in the news you hear that Axl Rose is going to front AC/DC.
In my younger days if someone made a crack like that I would have probably broken a bottle over their head.Honestly .I remember at plenty of parties if the mere suggestion of taking ACCADACCA off the stereo would have been made it could have resulted in an outcry or being bashed.
Now I am in a bit of yobbo mode at the moment which belies my education but honestly the management are fair dinkum pissing in everyone's pockets.Look I bought the Gunner's albums and Appetite For Destruction was a classic but Brian and Bon are legends maybe even Brian I can handle being replaced ( but no... not really ) but Bon Scott ?To think that whiny prima donna is going to be even part of the history is an anathema to any die hard fuck-knuckle like myself
As someone suggested wasn't Axl previously booked to fill in for Posh Spice on the Spice Girls tour ?
What about Donald Trump ?He could get a mullet cut , he's got the attitude - maybe a bottle of JACK DANIELS AND A PUNCH IN THE MOUTH AND HE'D BE READY TO GO !!!!!
What about Madonna !?She is around the same age and she also is notorious for turning up two hours late for a concert.
There are so many other candidates you could pull a truck up on the bloody street and grab the driver and you'd trade up on AXL as singer .
All I can say is good luck Axl.
For me it was a sad indictment of the money grubbing ways of the world..... .

I have been thinking about art and the relationship it has with the artist .
The recent Michael Jackson controversy is a perfect example .
Can we separate the art from the artist or are they so entwined that this is impossible ?
My argument is we can , as long as the art is not exploitative of
