They tire me
With their selfishness
  (at the heart is narcissism
    in the classic sense).
Only they
drown in the blood
rivers and rivers of blood
 rivers and  rivers
until words seem
Like ice cream sticks
          floating away
                       in a gutter .
Final in a series of poems about murderer (s)

I feel a strong political, perhaps even anti-war vibe coming from this murderer, it does not seem far fetched to speculate that the figure may be a soldier, fighting a petty, endless war fueled by "blood and narcissism".
In addition to blood, Water (drowning, rivers being mentioned 4 times the gutter) here is also a noticeable motif, to describe this massive scale of murder. whereas they say that blood is thicker than water, in truth one corrupts the other. "until words seem like ice cream sticks floating away in the gutter" -  "words" referring to politics, which lead to war, which pollutes our water, in this case our lives, and the world. Ice cream sticks might also be a metaphor for children/youth, in the sense we throw away our innocent youth to fight the wars of old men. Discarded into the "gutter."

The voice of this murderer is sick of this textbook circle of endless vengeance and fighting, and frankly, who can blame him? What's interesting is that the narrator isn't the murderer of this poem, even if he may feel he may, too, have this blood on his hands. Come to think of it, this poem might be justifying his own misdeeds, which certainly bring a dark overtone to the poem.

There are some small technical errors, but they seem mend able. Overall Very well done, very evocative!
